As part of continued growth, they are looking to hire a Business Analyst to support change initiatives, system improvements, and business optimisation projects.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, analyse processes, and help translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions. This role offers exposure to strategic projects and hands-on delivery in a collaborative environment.
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Map and analyse as-is / to-be processes and identify improvement opportunities
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions
Support UAT, change management, and post-implementation reviews
Track requirements through delivery and manage scope and dependencies
Essential
2–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile or Waterfall environments
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable (not essential):
Experience in tech, fintech, or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Experience with data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools
BA certification (IIBA, BCS, or similar)
