We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources (e.g. CRM, product, finance, operations).

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business decisions.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Business Support

• Partner with teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs.

• Support A/B testing, experiments, and performance analysis.

• Provide recommendations to improve processes, customer experience, and revenue.

Data Management & Quality

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

• Perform data validation and troubleshooting.

• Work with engineers to improve data pipelines and structures.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 2–5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions).

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling).

• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or other data warehouses.

• Understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, A/B testing).

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced startup environments.

Education

Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
