We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to scale growth across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Email.
Support the development of quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences (ICPs) and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
Manage campaign budgets and optimise channel mix for performance.
Run and optimise campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
Support SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content planning.
Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and search intent.
Monitor and improve organic traffic and rankings.
Build and manage email marketing campaigns (onboarding, nurturing, retention, win-back).
Use marketing automation tools to segment users and personalise communication.
Support lead generation and nurturing pipelines.
Work with design and product teams to improve website performance and UX.
Optimise landing pages, forms, and user journeys for higher conversions.
Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools.
Track campaign performance using tools like GA4 and dashboards.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance and insights.
Use data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
2–5+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/email platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).
Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make).
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
