We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate / Junior Data Analyst to join a growing UK-based team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and supporting decision-making with insight.
The employer is open to sponsoring a Skilled Worker Visa for exceptional candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, including suitable qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Support senior analysts and business stakeholders with ad hoc data requests and insight
Present findings in a clear, concise way using tables, charts, and short summaries
Help improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies and recommending fixes
Document data processes, definitions, and reporting logic for future reference
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, product, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with data in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Basic experience with at least one analytical tool or language (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – academic or project experience accepted
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Meet the UK Skilled Worker visa English language requirements
Meet the salary and skill level requirements for the relevant occupation code
Have a clean immigration and criminal record in line with Home Office guidance
Desirable Skills & Experience
Internship, placement year, or previous work experience in a data, analytics, or reporting role
Experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Qlik
Experience writing basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
Familiarity with Python (e.g. pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis
Experience working with large datasets or business systems (CRM, ERP, HR, finance tools)
Interest in a specific industry (e.g. fintech, healthcare, education, retail, or consulting)
