Our client is a growing, data-driven organisation using analytics to support smarter decision-making across operations, product, and customer experience. With a strong focus on efficiency and insight, the company relies on accurate data and clear reporting to guide business strategy.
They are now looking to engage a Part-Time Data Analyst to support ongoing reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc data requests.
As a Data Analyst (20 hours per week), you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse data, produce insights, and maintain dashboards. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst seeking flexible hours, or a mid-level analyst balancing other commitments.
Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders
Support ad-hoc analysis requests across teams
Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs
Document assumptions, metrics, and methodologies
Essential
2+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence role
Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Desirable (not essential):
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Experience working in tech, fintech, or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Flexible part-time hours (20 per week)
Remote or hybrid working
