About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner to lead the development and optimisation of our platform. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring that development efforts align with business goals and user needs.

This role requires a strong balance of business thinking, user empathy, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives

• Translate business goals into clear product requirements

• Identify opportunities for new features, improvements, and growth

Backlog Management

• Own and prioritise the product backlog

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements

• Ensure the development team always works on high-impact tasks

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and marketing teams

• Gather and prioritise feedback from users and stakeholders

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams

Agile Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality

• Continuously refine and improve product workflows

User-Centric Development

• Analyse user behaviour, feedback, and data to inform decisions

• Ensure the product delivers real value and solves core user problems

• Improve user experience across the platform

Requirements

Essential

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to write clear and structured product requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making

Desirable

• Experience working on SaaS, AI, or marketplace platforms

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
