About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and committed Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
-Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
-Assist with mobility and the use of aids/equipment
-Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
-Prompt or administer medication in line with care plans
-Offer companionship and emotional support
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
-Support clients with light household duties to ensure safety and comfort
Essential Requirements
-Currently living in the UK (priority consideration)
-Caring, empathetic, and patient nature
-Good communication skills in English
-Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
-Right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship
Desirable Skills
-Previous care experience (Care Assistant, Support Worker, or equivalent)
-Valid UK driving licence
-First Aid or Moving & Handling training

Due to recent UK immigration rule changes, adult social care providers can no longer sponsor new care workers or senior care workers from overseas under the Health and Care Worker visa.
Sponsorship is only available to candidates who are already in the UK and:
-Hold an eligible visa that allows switching to the Skilled Worker route, and
-Have worked for the employer for at least 3 months before a Certificate of Sponsorship is issued (transitional rule applies until 22 July 2028).
