This role is part of the ISCANET Career Accelerator Programme, a structured 6-month work-experience initiative designed to provide real-world exposure, mentorship, and measurable impact.
As a Growth & Partnerships Associate, you will support ISCANET’s expansion by helping identify, initiate, and support partnerships with universities, student communities, employers, and ecosystem partners.
This role focuses on distribution, credibility, and growth, not sales targets. You will work closely with the Founder and internal teams to help ISCANET scale through strategic relationships and community-driven growth.
This is a remote, volunteer-based role focused on learning, contribution, and outcomes.
Research and identify potential partners (universities, student unions, communities, organisations, employers)
Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and community channels
Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups
Support growth experiments and pilot initiatives
Assist with early-stage partnership conversations and coordination
Help prepare partnership proposals, pitch summaries, or outreach messaging
Support onboarding of new partners or ambassadors
Maintain basic records of partnerships and engagement
Research trends in graduate hiring, international students, and global talent
Identify opportunities for collaboration or expansion
Share insights that inform ISCANET’s growth strategy
Work with Community, Content, and Product teams to align growth efforts
Support webinars, events, or campaigns tied to partnerships
Share feedback from partners to inform product and positioning decisions

Programme Structure & Expectations
Duration: 6 months
Commitment: Approx. 5–8 hours per week
Location: Fully remote
Probation: 30-day probation period with defined deliverables
This role is voluntary and unpaid, focused on learning and career development
Certificates and references are issued only upon successful completion
