The Role

Product Associates at ISCANET work alongside Product Managers and Business Analysts to research, define, and improve features across our platforms. If you want to understand how products get built from user insight through to shipped features, this role puts you at the centre of that process.

What You Will Do

•    Research user needs and competitor approaches to inform product decisions

•    Analyse user feedback and identify patterns that point to product gaps

•    Support roadmap planning and feature prioritisation discussions

•    Write and refine product requirements and feature briefs

•    Participate in sprint planning and track feature delivery

•    Monitor product performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities

Who We Are Looking For

•    Interested in product management, startup operations, or digital product careers

•    Curious about why products succeed or fail, not just what they do

•    Comfortable working with data, user feedback, and some ambiguity

•    Proactive and self-directed in how you approach work
