As customer demand continues to grow, they are looking to expand their support team with a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant.
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve queries and ensure a positive experience. This is a fully remote, part-time role, ideal for students, graduates, or individuals seeking flexible work alongside other commitments.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and support tickets
Provide clear, accurate, and friendly responses to customer questions
Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when required
Update customer records and maintain accurate case notes
Follow support processes, FAQs, and service guidelines
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support documentation
Support customers with account access, basic troubleshooting, and general queries
Essential
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desirable (not essential):
Previous experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles
Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
Experience supporting users of digital platforms, SaaS, or online services
Availability during UK business hours
Fully remote, part-time role with flexible hours
