The Role

As a Business Analyst at ISCANET, you will work across our product ecosystem to understand what our users need, where our processes break down, and how we can build better. You will not be writing reports that sit in a folder; you will be influencing real product decisions on platforms used by thousands of professionals and students across the world.

What You Will Do

•    Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and research

•    Map user journeys and identify where processes can be improved

•    Write user stories, process documentation, and business requirement documents

•    Support product teams with requirements validation and UAT

•    Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions

•    Maintain clear, accessible documentation throughout the product lifecycle

Who We Are Looking For

•    Studying or recently graduated in Business, Management, IT, or a related field

•    Strong analytical and written communication skills

•    Comfortable speaking with stakeholders and asking the right questions

•    Interested in product, technology, or digital transformation as a career path
