This role is part of the ISCANET Career Accelerator Programme,  a structured, output-driven, 6-month work-experience programme designed to provide real-world exposure, mentorship, and career acceleration.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst / Product Associate, you will play a key role in improving ISCANET’s platform experience by analysing user behaviour, gathering insights, and supporting product decision-making.

You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to help ensure ISCANET builds the right features, for the right users, at the right time.

This is a remote, volunteer-based role focused on learning, contribution, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business & User Analysis

• Analyse user journeys, onboarding flows, and feature usage to identify gaps and drop-offs

• Gather and synthesise feedback from users, ambassadors, and partners

• Translate user needs into clear business and product insights

Product Support & Delivery

• Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritisation

• Assist in documenting product requirements and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and operations teams to support implementation

• Participate in testing and validation of new features or updates
  

Data, Research & Insights

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions

• Track key metrics related to engagement, retention, and usage

• Prepare simple reports and summaries for internal decision-making

Cross-Functional Support

• Support growth and community teams with data-driven insights

• Assist with internal documentation and process improvement

• Contribute ideas to improve platform usability and impact

Programme Structure & Expectations

• Duration: 6 months

• Commitment: Approx. 5–8 hours per week

• Location: Fully remote

• Probation: 30-day probation period with defined deliverables

• This role is voluntary and unpaid, focused on learning and career development

• Certificates and references are issued only upon successful completion
