We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define requirements, optimise processes, and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRDs, PRDs, user stories).

• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Data & Insights

• Analyse datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

• Support KPI tracking across product, marketing, and operations.

Product & Delivery

• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing.

• Conduct UAT and validate solutions before release.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Ops).

• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Align business goals with product roadmap.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 2–5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to document requirements clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.

• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Education

Degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
