Account Deletion – ISCANET

ISCANET ("the App") allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Important: Account deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to delete your account:

Option 1: Mobile App

Open the ISCANET app

Available on iOS and Android

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile, then Settings

Delete Account

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"

Option 2: Email Request

Subject line:

"Account Deletion Request"

Include your details

Email address and reason for deletion

Processing Time

We will process your request within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Data deleted:

Profile information
Uploaded documents
Activity history
Account credentials

Note: Some data may be retained where legally required for compliance, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
